"We went there on the 27th of December. Group of 13 people. Despite the fact that we called for reservation, the table was not prepared.
Our group ended up waitingfor 45 minutes and we were seated in three different tables.
Bacon Waffle was too dry and was falling Apart
The Side order of Bacon arrived 40 minutes later...
The side orders made by the guests, never arrived.
They served coffee for six people and will just give you a tiny pitcher of milk and some packets of sugar.
Tapa was tough.
Omelettes were greasy.
They served dessert first, before the main course.
When it was time for dessert, they served it without any cutlery (waiting period was 15 minutes for fork/teasponn to arrive)
We waved for a food attendant to ask for an ashtray. No success. We ended up finding one on our own (the location of which was pointed out to us by the customer in the next table)
I've eaten in this restaurant a few times, but food & service was a lot better before."

"Antonio’s Garden Restaurant in Tagaytay boasts of delicious food and great ambience. First, the ambience. Most of the tables are al fresco but under a roof to protect customers from unexpected rains. There is a koi pond near the dining area and since its recent renovation, Antonio’s has more white and black colors, less wood, but still very elegant and warm. They usually have great background music that joins the chirping of birds and natural sounds of insects that surround the place.
Second, the food. The food is great! Just a perfect combination of quality products and delicate preparation. Antonio’s serve mostly French cuisine which is slightly tweaked and adapted to local products such as Pan Fried Gindara Served with Bouillabaisse and Grilled Marinate Lamb Cutlets with Lemongrass Chimichurri. They also serve traditional French dishes like Roasted Duck Breast Infused with Truffle Seared Foie Gras on Braised Red Cabbage, Duck Leg Confit on Garlic Gratin Potato and Pigeon Peas. I strongly recommend this place since they are consistently providing a great value for money, even if it is pricy compared to other fine dining restaurants.
It is advisable that you make a reservation first before going to Antonio’s. For first timers, make sure you know the directions going to Antonio’s since it is not easy to find the place.
