"This is a place to be for a short trip visitor like I was. The food was very good and in reasonable price, the ambiance is very classic and it is in the middle of a lot of places to visit. Since I only have 6 hours to kill before the filght back home, it is very convenience to have a nice lunch there, visited the Casa de Manila museum, shop in a few souvenirs store below and took pictures in front of Saint Agustine church before leave to the Fort Santiago only in a couple hour time. The banana with sesame desert is the best !!"

"I'm planning to have my wedding reception at Barbara's since my cousin told me that its a very romantic place. I went there to see it myself if I would book the reception of my wedding there. I can say it is the perfect place for the church is right across the streeet. The ambiance was great indeed, when I went to the restaurant it was like its taking you back to the Spanish Era. I could see antiques everywhere and the music played by the "musikero" added to the mood. Now I'm looking forward to book my wedding here although their bridal shop would open on Jan.30. I just can't wait."
